Class Expectations
I endeavor to create a positive learning experience for all students. It is in that spirit that I expect the highest level of integrity, work, respect, and courtesy from all students in my class. I will provide for you, the student, my best effort to create an engaging and enriching experience that will provide you with an in-depth understanding of America and Missouri’s respective governments. My expectations from you are as follows:
Failure to abide by the above conditions will be dealt with in the manner set forth according to the student handbook.
- Be prompt. Time is of the essence
- Be prepared. Have the necessary class materials (paper, pen/pencil, homework if it is the case). Leave any electronic devices in your bag/purse/pocket/etc. Be prepared to engage and participate in class. I want to know what you are thinking and please feel free to ask questions.
- Be polite. We will conduct ourselves in an amiable and considerate manner in class.
